ORDER INFORMATION

  • The Roseman aims to match the flowers and arrangements displayed on our website to your order, due to seasonal influence please note that this is not always possible.
  • Pictures should only be used as a guide.
  • You can place an order through our website, email or telephone. We do not recommend sending Credit Card information via email as the details can not be sent secure.
  • We require a local telephone number or mobile number for the recipient.
  • It is your responsibility to enter the delivery information. The Roseman can not be held responsible for incorrect information (such as name and address, room or ward number or name, hospital or hotel or restaurant name and location).
  • Orders can not be sent to Post Office Boxes.
  • The Roseman can only delivery flowers to areas where they are permitted (some hospitals do not allow flowers)

PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • Credit Card payments are possible by calling us or online through PayPal.
  • Payment with Direct Deposit is welcome.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Within the Cairns CBD delivery is $5. CBD = from Florence to McLeod Street.
  • Delivery to Cairns Suburbs (Whitfield, Mooroobool..) is $10 and to outer suburbs (Beaches) is $15.
  • Deliveries to Restaurants must be booked and paid in advance.
  • Free gift cards are available with every purchases

CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND INFORMATION

  • The Roseman prides itself with the freshest quality flowers, however once flowers are delivered and signed for, we can not take any further responsibility for the flowers.
  • Returns and refunds will be issued only by the management.
  • The Roseman must be contacted via telephone in case of a cancellation. This must occur at least 5 hours prior to scheduled delivery time.
  • An Administration fee may be charged upon cancellation (this fee will be discussed with the Roseman when canceling).
  • Cancellations received less than 5 hours in advance will be charged at 20% of the total order value.
  • A refund can not be issued in case the address provided with the order was incorrect.
 

PRIVACY INFORMATION

  • The Roseman is committed to your privacy and security. We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to others in ways, unless required by the law.
  • For The Roseman to process your order, we need to know your name, telephone number, delivery address and possibly credit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. When you purchase any items in our online store and select to pay by credit card, Paypal.com.au will process this information. Credit card details provided in the course of shopping, are never stored on any web or email server.
